I just took one of these baths
and it is A-MAZ-ING !!!!!
Put this on your TO DO list this weekend!
★★★ Salt Detox Bath Recipe ★★★
1/3 cup Sea Salt
1 cup Epsom Salt
1/3 cup Baking Soda
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbs Ground Ginger (optional)
Favorite essential oil if desired
1 cool glass of water
1 cup Epsom Salt
1/3 cup Baking Soda
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbs Ground Ginger (optional)
Favorite essential oil if desired
1 cool glass of water
1. mix dry ingredients in a bowl until THOROUGHLY mixed
2. draw your bath with the water as hot as you can stand it
3. pour cider in and swish around
4. add dry ingredients, swishing to dissolve

Soak in bath for 30 minutes or as long as desired.
Drink a cool glass of water.
Note that with any detox bath, you may feel tired or lightheaded when you get out.
I don’t recommend doing this while home alone or before going somewhere in case you are tired or need help. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, PLEASE consult your doctor before trying this!!!
