How much water should you drink?

How much water should you drink?

This question comes up a lot. According to many nutritionist and tons of research you should be drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water DAILY... So if you weigh 200 lbs, you should be drinking 100oz DAILY...Most people are walking around this earth dehydrated and haven't a clue as to why they are suffering from so many health issues...

Listen, I'm far from a DR. but I have been learning lots of things lately, plus I study & research ALOT...
Here's how I explain it to most people, If your car calls for 5 quarts of oil, but you only give it 2, Sure it'll run, but how long do you think it will be until it starts giving you problems? Now here's the irony to this conversation, none of us put less oil in our cars than is required, So why is it that we neglect the amount of water that our bodies require? It's easy to get another car, not so easy to get another body...

So my challenge to you starting today is to drink HALF you body weight in ounces of water...If you're not used to drinking alot of water I'll tell you now, it's not going to be easy...You're going to be running to the bathroom alot, but that's more toxins being flushed from the body, so that's a GOOD thing...You'll be surprised at how good you will start to feel...Plus, proper hydration also contributes to weight loss...

Who's willing to give this a shot?
