Chicken Avocado Salad ~ Low Carb, Gluten Free!!
INGREDIENTS:
2 large chicken breasts grilled
1 large avocado
1 pouch ready made guacamole
1/2 cup red grapes cut in half
1 lime
1 tablespoon cilantro
salad greens and dressing of your liking
garnish with sliced almonds or sunflower seeds!
sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1)cube chicken toss into bowl
2)chop cilantro, add to bowl
3)juice lime into bowl
4)add guacamole, avocado, grapes and salt.
5)Place a large scoop of this to top your salad!
