CARAMEL MARSHMALLOW COOKIE BITES
These are DELICIOUS!!!!
What you need:
1 package chocolate chip cookie mix
1 package caramel filled Hershey kisses
1 package mini marshmallows
mini cupcake pan and liners (I used my baby cake maker)
Directions:
1. Prepare cookie mix as directed
2. preheat your babycake maker or oven to 375
3. Put the paper liners in the pan and scoop a tablespoon of the cookie dough in each cup.
4. Put in oven or babycake maker for 6-8 minutes until almost done.
5. insert two mini marshmallows and a caramel kiss into the center of the cookie.
6. Bake and additional 2-4 minutes until tops of cookies are a golden brown.
7. Remove and let cool
