Banana Cinnamon Muffins

I had 3 freckling bananas to use up and this is what I made. 

So pretty and scrumptious!


Banana Cinnamon Muffins

For 12 muffins
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup butter, softened
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 TBSP butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a 12 count muffin pan with cupcake papers.
Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, beat bananas and brown sugar. Add in egg, butter and vanilla. Mix well.
Add in dry ingredients slowly and beat until combined.
Pour into prepared muffin pan.
Prepare topping by cutting butter into remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping ont batter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
